1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Bistro Miód i Sól, ul. Karmelicka 8, 31-128 Kraków. You can reach us by email (kontakt@miodisol.pl) or phone (+48 12 430 22 33).

2. What data we collect

When you book a table through this site, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, together with the date, party size and any notes you add.

We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views and which buttons are tapped). These are not used to identify you and are not shared with advertisers.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

We use booking data solely to take, confirm and manage your reservation, and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the performance of, and steps taken at your request prior to, a service agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

We use anonymous statistics to keep the site working well, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. How long we keep it

We keep reservation data for as long as needed to handle your booking and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which it is deleted.

5. Who receives it

Your data is handled by us and by the IT provider that hosts this website on our behalf, acting as our processor. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO). To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function (for example, remembering your chosen language). It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The location map is a static image, so it sets no third-party cookies.

8. Contact

For any question about your data, contact us by email (kontakt@miodisol.pl) or phone (+48 12 430 22 33).
